You're in good company if you've been playing Plants vs. Zombies 2 for the last couple of weeks. In fact, your company is nearly 25 million strong, according to figures published yesterday by PopCap.

That's how many people have downloaded the sequel since its release earlier this month, and according to the developer that's more downloads than the original Plants vs. Zombies got during its entire lifespan. That may seem hard to believe, but the switch to free-to-play must have really paid off.

In addition so far players have logged 81 million hours with PvZ 2, generating 31 billion suns, defeating 5.4 billion waves of zombies, and planting 10 billion plants. But the real question is: how many keys have you people found? Because I'm having rotten luck with those things.
