Nintendo unexpectedly took down the servers for Super Mario Maker yesterday, but they’re back online, ahead of schedule. The game was being worked on due to an “emergency” glitch found in the creation tool, though Nintendo hasn’t produced details.

“It’s because I want to make sure Nintendo fixes it correctly. If I show the technique but it’s still possible to glitch in a similar but different way I don’t want to give the whole Internet the idea and have the same issue all over.

With that said, it looks fixed."
