Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition Kollects DLC, MusiK and 1995 MK Movie This February

Mortal Kombat made a bloody and triumphant return to consoles last year, giving gamers updated versions of classic Kombatants like Sub-Zero and Johnny Cage and an all-new engine that offered more depth than ever before. The game also mined the fighting franchise’s long history to offer a drip-feed of DLC that rolled out skins and characters every couple of weeks.

If you avoided buying Mortal Kombat‘s add-ons—or even the game itself—in the hopes of an updated edition that would gather everything up in one place, then your day has come. Rumors of Mortal Kombat Komplete circulated last month and now Warner Bros. Interactive confirms its existence. Komplete Edition bundles the full game and all the DLC packs, along with Mortal Kombat: Songs Inspired by the Warriors, a 15-track compilation of electro-tunes executive produced by JFK from DJ/ production duo MSTRKRFT. You’ll also get a download of the 1995 Mortal Kombat feature film on the disc, in case you wanted to revisit Christopher Lambert’s inscrutable turns as Raiden at your leisure.
