Granted, it's a party on the Wii, but hey, a ton of people own Wiis! And thanks to Skyward Sword, many of us have even figured out how to plug it in to our new TVs and updated our firmware. So, should we want to pull out enough batteries to power three more controllers, we'll be able to play Mario Party 9, the many game modes of which are shown in the above teaser trailer.
Some shades of Super Mario 3D Land in some of those platforming bits, which is always a good thing, along with a ton of other minigames featuring hula-hoops, bomb dodging, ice-boat racing, goomba-bowling, dolphin-riding, soccer, and more.
