Remember when everyone got excited that someone finished Fallout 3 in 23m55s? That was so June 30th because now there’s a 23m13s run.

This one’s by Tom Roe, who thinks a sub 23 minute run is possible with a wall clip that gets you into the GECK chamber quicker. If you’re not up to speed with what’s going on here, then it’s an ‘any percentage’ run that mainly uses clipping via quick saves and loads to cut and skip areas. As a result 80% of the playthrough is running to the areas you have to hit in order to finish the story and reach the end.

I understand the challenge of using the game's bugs and weaknesses to your advantage. But I find it hard to come up with something to get less excited about. That's just not how you're meant to play the game (I don't care about Fallout specifically).
