There‚Äôs a new Hot Shots Golf game out for the PlayStation 4! Except now they‚Äôre calling it Everybody‚Äôs Golf. How ‚Äúfor everybody‚ÄĚ is it? Watch my video to find out!

Everybody‚Äôs Golf, by the way, is the title they‚Äôve always used in Europe and Japan. Now that they‚Äôve unified the titles in all territories, we can finally say that Everybody‚Äôs Golf is ‚Äúfor everybody, for everybody‚ÄĚ.

Like Gran Turismo, Everybody‚Äôs Golf has walked hand-in-hand with the PlayStation since 1997. Like Gran Turismo, Everybody‚Äôs Golf is a ‚Äúlifestyle‚ÄĚ product. Unlike Gran Turismo, its mission statement in 1997 was to be less of a realistic simulation than its contemporary competitors. I should know: I played a heck-ton of EA Sports golf games on the Genesis, man. Those games were pretty much chemistry homework. Everybody‚Äôs Golf is an extremely appropriate title in comparison to those games.

This new Everybody’s Golf is full to bursting with modern features (it’s got an open world, character customization, hundreds of clothing items, and online multiplayer), and it’s as shiny as a car commercial. It’s out now.

Now that players in all release territories are unified by the friendship of sharing the title of this game series, should they call the next one Everybuddy’s Golf? I certainly think so! (No, I don’t. That was a joke.)
