The LA Times have an interesting article up about how many of America's biggest law firms have, in recognition of both the specialist needs and increasing size of the games business, established teams dedicated to the medium.

Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton have, for example, a team of twenty lawyers who deal with nothing but video games. Greenberg Glusker Fields Claman & Machtinger, one of Los Angele's biggest firms, also have a big, specialist gaming team.

They deal with class actions, they deal with business disputes, they deal with anything and everything in between. Even property disputes in virtual worlds.
