Check out the latest batch of screenshots for the upcoming Devil May Cry reboot. Fans might well be disappointed with the stylistic ditching of Dante's iconic white hair (which actually does appear in his Devil Trigger mode), but there's no denying that these images scream style.

DmC: Devil May Cry releases sometime in 2012, and will be the first game in the series to be developed outside of Capcom.

Dante looks so much better.

I mean, could you imagine having a friend that looked like the original Dante? Big, floppy, girly white hair flapping about all over the place. You wouldn't be able to take him anywhere.

"You coming down the boozer for a pint Dante?"

"Yeah, let me just take my t-shirt off, put a random strap across my chest, put my big red trenchcoat on then gimmie half an hour make sure my hair looks fabulous."
