Ten Reasons Why You Should Not Date a Girl Gamer [Planet Xbox 360] I guarantee that, for one reason or another, many will never need this advice.

Nine Types of Xbox Live Players [Ego TV] Eight stereotypes that you love to hate, and then the rara avis of multiplayer gamers, the team player. Which all of us are, of course.

Dear Lord. That tribute rap list needs more of these guys. [www.youtube.com]

As for the girl gamer list:

10. That's why you go play a game on a different console. Or encourage co-op sessions.

9. This seems more like preference... and if you're both hardcore gamers you could just have two separate consoles and TVs and play over a connection... Otherwise split-screen isn't really that bad. and some games these days don't do split-screen so much anyway.

8. You should enjoy time with your gamer-girlfriend. If you want some alone time just ask her for it. If she doesn't understand then one of you two aren't doing something right. Discussion and compromise is important in a relationship. <_<

7. This seems to be an excuse for cheap guys or hardcore gamers that don't see the fun in games like Animal Crossing or Viva Pinata. In which case... f.u.

6. I don't see how "backseat gaming" is a bad thing. Sure it's somewhat annoying but when my cousin is over he does the same thing. and it's a more fun experience that way, for some reason. Why so srs?

5. Hmm. Personally, I wouldn't trade in any games. and I don't think I could date a girl who would want me to trade in a game because I haven't played it in three months. I'm more of a collector. I love to reflect on games that gave me joy in the past occasionally. Overall, I don't see how this one would be a big problem, anyway. You'd have to date a special kind of gamer girl for this to be an issue, in my opinion.

4. Backup your save files or keep them on one of those USB drives. Protect them with your LIFE. Hardcore gamers should already know how to protect their saves! :/

3. No. D:<

2. Arguments. Compromise. Discussion. The core of a relationship. <_<

1. Got me there. :P

and I lol'd at the types of Xbox Live players list. :)
