I'm kinda sad to see Prince of Persia got nominated for greatest innovation over Mirror's Edge.

I mean really? What on earth makes it so much more innovative over other games? I beat the game and it was great but by no means did i play it and go this is so amazingly different. I did when i played Mirror's Edge.

Kinda Sad Resistance's Co-op (which is my personal favorite under L4D) got beat by some boring zombie fest that was pretty much Horde mode in WW2.

Other then that i at least see where people are coming from with the awards even if i don't like most of the game of the year nominees. I mean Gears 2 is gears it really didn't blow me away when i played it as it wasn't near as new or fresh of an idea. Gta has never been my cup of tea. Fallout is a definite nominee for me but honestly i think the game of the year to me is probably Valkyrie Chronicles, Dead Space, or MGS4 as those were the games i picked up and i couldn't put down until they were done.
