Our week began with a nightmarish image, even in x-ray - a giant butcher knife plunged through some unlucky wallhacker's cranium. Sensitive bastards people that we are, this is great fodder for the latest Kotaku 'Shop Contest.
Don't worry, we're not going to show you the super-gruesome real life image. But as we have dozens of iconic video game weapons, and hundreds of well known characters, let's send some of them down to radiology and bring back some 'shopped films, shall we?
Your mission is to X-rayify one or both of them. We'll start with the stabbing X-ray, plus another I found of a human skull. Want to plunge one of Kratos' Blades of Chaos through it? It's a start. Or maybe someone or something has burrowed inside.
Feel free to search for other X-ray images of skulls, or just take any video game picture and turn it all black and blue. Maybe Mario got hold of those X-ray specs sold in the back of comic books and has figured out what's up Peach's hoop skirt. The sky's the limit, because everything's more hilarious when you dump a bunch of radiation on it.
