Kenneth McCulloch, the developer arrestedlast year on child pornography charges, has been sentenced…to the 12 months jail time he’s already served awaiting his verdict. He’s still in custody though, having been subsequentlycharged with “sexual assault, forcible confinement and sexual interference”.
