Japanese game company Agatsuma Entertainment announced that it’s closing down. The company, known for publishing titles like 3DS game Code of Princess and the Sayonara UmiharaKawase series, was dissolved today, and according to Famitsu, it will be fully liquidated by March 31, 2016.

I remember Kotaku ran a story AGES ago about some Japanese guy that was the head of a dev team or something and he went missing and no one could find him and his twitter etc. was closed and people were worried. The studio was in trouble iirc.. Did anything ever come of that? Was there an update?
