To me it seems to mean "going alone is usually safe" (bottom) from "the danger that is out there" (top)...

But if you go alone AND take a sword it will become dangerous or you will magically receive a sword if things become dangerous. Which makes no sense because a sword isn't going to appear when shit gets real and a sword you find while alone isn't going to attract danger. Well nothing other than the inherent danger of misusing a sharp, heavy, dangerous weapon.

Which I guess is what it's saying, since the sword is by itself in "danger U alone". You'll probably hurt yourself with it. But it's still not going to attract monsters or keep them away if you go without one.

Or if you want to look at it from the other perspective, if you are in danger, go get a sword and you will become alone. Which kind of makes sense, because you'll presumably kill everything dangerous until you find yourself alone. But hiding alone while in a dangerous situation isn't going to make a sword appear, which it could mean.

A better Venn would be: "Sword U Alone U Danger = Hero" or something.

And to flesh it out, maybe...

"Sword U Alone = Injuries from fooling around"

"Alone U Danger = Hide or die"

"Sword U Danger = More Dangerous (armed monsters)"
