This is “Music from Final Fantasy XIII“, an LP (yup, a proper vinyl, long-playing record) set for release in Japan later this month. All eight songs are already available on the game’s soundtrack, but then, the soundtrack isn’t available on vinyl.
It’ll be out on February 26, and retail for ¥2800 (USD$30)
