There's not much to say about Nyko's wide-angle lens attachment for the Kinect—which widens and shortens the Kinect sensor's point of view, allowing you (and a friend) to play way closer to the sensor—except that it works.
I played the Kinect Adventures dodgeball game just a few feet away from Kinect, and it worked perfectly: Just like the Kinect should work, but I was standing crazy close. The lens is designed in a way that it won't distort photos taken with the standard RGB camera, according to Nyko. If your gaming happens in a tiny, sad space this $30 piece of plastic might be exactly what you need to get your Kinect on. [Nyko]
