So the Wii launched in...what, late 2006? And here we are, in September 2008, coming up on the console's third holiday season, and the things are still hard to find. So hard, in fact, that GameStop are expecting more shortages this Christmas, with company CEO Dan DeMatteo saying:
I've never seen this type of demand before. I know they're making more, but we're still short like everybody else. I think we'll have a continued shortage this Christmas.
