Summary

Penny Blood is a alternative history horror JRPG and spiritual successor to the Shadow Hearts series led by former Shadow Hearts series director, Matzuso Machida.

The year is 1923 and American PI Matthew Farrell is tasked by the Bureau of Investigation to investigate a New York asylum overtaken by supernatural entities. Matthew’s mission soon takes him across the world as he battles an otherworldly threat alongside a group of allies.
