The final release of FNAF Plus Restored would release months after the official cancellation of Phisnom’s Fazbear Fanverse project Five Nights at Freddy’s Plus.

Later development on the game would be stopped due to controversy on the fan game and Five Nights at Freddy’s creator, Scott Cawthon.
