Amazon has several nice deals going today for Amazon Student subscribers. First up, promo code 4LOW8ZT3 will get you a $10 Amazon Appstore credit. The instructions are a little weird, so check out the promo page for details.

Third, Amazon has a bunch of student-specific deals running today, the most attractive of which is $20 off a Fire TV. It's actually already discounted to $84, so students can grab one for just $64. That's by far the best price we've ever seen.
If you're not a subscriber, all you need is a valid .edu email address to get 6 months of Prime shipping for free, after which you can pay $50/year (half off) for all of the benefits of Prime, including streaming video.
