They’re horrible, actually.

According to Danong Online and Gamek, these faux Naruto statues are located in Phu Tho Province in northern Vietnam. They are part of the decoration at a water park, apparently.

More baffling to me is that out of all of the characters in Naruto’s huge roster, they picked Minato as the last statue.

At least, I think that’s Minato.
