Vault dwellers seem like a rarity in the wasteland, but they’re at least impossible to miss in their eyesore of a get up. Here we have Lucy talking to an older lady above ground who jokes that she thought all the vault dwellers were dead. After all, it has been 200 years, and something tells me the Vault 4 folks have been mostly chilling down there.
