Enormous Muscles Sure Help with Cosplay

If you have big muscles and like video games and anime, perhaps you can cosplay. Drefan does, and he’s terrific at it.

After injuries sidelined Drefan in his early twenties from competitive sports, he continued to follow his love of video games (and anime), eventually taking up cosplay. He’s quick to point out that he’s not a competitive bodybuilder, but does work out a couple times a week. (You can read his Facebook page for more info about his exercise routines and thoughts about fitness.)

“I work out about three times a week, but I make sure I hit each body part at least once,” he says. “More focus on weak parts or parts that are involved in upcoming cosplays. Hahaha!”

But it’s a mistake to think that it’s only Drefan’s muscle mass that helps him pull of these cosplay. His facial expressions, wigs, poses, and costumes are also great. The combination of all of them help lead to wonderful photos like these:
