Gesture Warfare, the mode in which players kill each other with in-game gestures like smushing players with their fingers or zapping them from a distance by throwing up a finger gun, is returning to Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare through October 12.
It’s all part of this month’s ongoing event, Halloween Scream. If you prefer to just use guns, there will be other events cycling throughout the month of October. The holiday event is also perfect for fans of the Zombies mode, as Halloween Scream will offer special “boss battle” modes for each of the Zombies maps.
There will also be free Halloween-themed supply drops each week, and some of the new holiday gun camos look pretty cool.
Activision has posted a Halloween Scream calendar that will let you keep up with all the spooky offerings. The festivities will stick around until November 1.
Update 9:20 pm: The original version of this story misstated when the Gesture Warfare mode would be available, and has since been corrected. Kotaku regrets the error.
