Dead Rising's Creator All Big with Glowing Eyes

Keiji Inafune is the creator of Dead Rising and former producer of Mega Man. Inafune has never been shy about voicing his opinion about the Japanese gaming industry, making him a living and breathing special attack.

In Hyperdimension Neptunia 2, he's an in-game attack, folded arms, glowing eyes and all. The game is once again, a send-up of the gaming industry.
