Something about this Chinese mobile game looks… similar... to another game I like. I can’t quite place it, though.

It might be its cast of spritely kids with neon hair that resembles tentacles. But, on second thought, maybe that’s just a really popular and unoriginal thing in video games.

It could be the game mechanic where you attack enemies with ink cannons. Oh, no, in the other game I’m thinking of, I used paint guns and paint rollers.

The blocky, futuristic urban architecture is reminiscent of something… Ah, but the lettering is Chinese. How confusing. I just can’t figure this out!

I’m totally stumped.

So articles of Chinese devs ripping off games must be new in trend huh?? I mean we get it they rip off games. I mean as long as they dont try to sell it off in markets where shit like that dont fly then it really isnt a issue(well at least to me) Its hardly is shocking.. the only shocking thing is how good they are at mimicking gameplay and art style. Its actually very enjoyable to see them do things like this. You think a particular game is incapable of running on something other than the platform its on and BOOM.. Chinese devs copy your shit and put it on something you never dream of.. Quite interesting if you ask me.
