Leaked all to hell and confirmed today via unzipped hoodie in a YouTube video, Black Ops 3 players are getting an extra dose of DLC in the form of Zombies Chronicles, a collection of eight remastered zombie maps from Black Ops, World At War and Black Ops 3 on May 16.

You can follow the trail of leaks leading to today’s announcement over at the Call of Duty Zombies Reddit, where absolutely no one is suprised that Black Ops 3 is getting remastered versions of Nacht der Untoten, Verruckt, and Shi No Numa from World At War; Kino der Toten, Ascension, Shangri-la, and Moon from Black Ops; and Origins from Black Ops 2. According to Activision’s first quarter earnings report, also revealed today, the collection will launch first on May 16 for the PlayStation 4.

Treyarch co-studio head Jason Blundell delivered the official reveal earlier today by casually undressing in the bedroom of YouTuber JCBackfire.

Blundell also showed off an intricate poster detailing the Zombies timeline, which was hidden even closer to where the YouTuber answers the call of nature.

You can check out the poster in detail at the Call of Duty website. Look for a slightly more traditional game announcement with all the trimmings later this week.
