If more story is what you crave from DICE's big first-person shooter due in the fall, you'll have to crack a book. Battlefield 3 is coming to paper and e-books, courtesy of writer Andy McNab, who's penning the first-person shooter inspired novel.
McNab, a former SAS operative and author of numerous non-fiction and fiction books, is credited with the Battlefield 3 novelization—sharing credit with DICE executive producer Patrick Bach—shipping alongside the video game. No details on the plot, but the 400 page novel will set you back about ten bucks if you're interested in some military video game fiction.
