The upcoming release of Eidos and Rocksteady's Batman: Arkham Asylum is getting the collector's edition treatment. The bad news? It's a cool $100, forty dollars more than the standard edition. The good news? Batarangs!!
According to solicitations from retailer GameStop, by way of a Kotaku tipster, the pricey collectors edition comes equipped with a 12" Batarang, utility belt not included. But that's not all, obviously.
- 12" Batarang
- DC Custom Encyclopedia
- DLC Pack 1
- Bonus DVD with Behind the Scenes feature
- Soundtrack
GameStop's web site currently notes that "Final contents of collector's edition are to be determined." So we'd advise holding onto your hard-earned $99.99 until the retailer re-lists the goods.

DISCUSSION
Also, the character designer should get major kudos for the Batsuit in this game.
Perfectly meshes the modern black armored look of the films with the classic gray fabric of the comics.
Now, if only his pupils were covered...
