Why should Astarion be the only one who sucks blood?

Baldur’s Gate 3 has its token vampire in Astarion, but if you think the whole blood-sucking schtick seems fun and cool to you, it’s possible to make yourself a vampire through the magic of mods. Doing so will require you to adjust your playstyle, as you’ll no longer receive healing through most spells. Now you’ll get your health replenished by sucking the blood of your enemies.
