If you’ve pre-ordered the upcoming Hitman game, you’ll be able to play the beta soon. The beta lets players go through the game’s opening sequence, which you can play over and over. On PS4, the beta will be live from February 12 to 15 and on PC, it’ll be open on February 19, ending on February 22.

Holy hell. I loved NFL Blitz and Blitz 2000 because they took football to the comical extreme. But my god, those X-rays in Blitz: the League II are brutal and depressing. I’m not one to shy away from blood and gore (love those MK X fatalities!) but once the legs, feet, arms and hands started breaking, I had to turn Read more

I don't remember if there's a related achievement or not, but killing the sasquatch in RDR seriously bummed me out. More than the bison.

I’m a bit partial to the WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU achievement from AC: Syndicate, where you have to flip 5 carriages by shooting the horses pulling them. I’m also glad that Undertale doesn’t have achievements, because I'm sure that fully half of them would be as bad or worse than many on this list.

Great list. I used to play Super Punch-Out obsessively in high school, and got a buddy mad at me when I lost my copy, borrowed his, and returned it back to him with crazy-low times on all the records. I want to say all the boxers on the first circuit went down in under 20 seconds, but Bear Hugger might have been 23 Read more

Never beat Tyson. Got past the 1:30. I’ve knocked him down twice, but always got hit one too many times to take him down. Read more

Beating Tyson in the original NES version is easily in my personal Top 3 Gaming Accomplishments from when I was young. The others being beating Super Mario Bros straight through for the first time (no warp zones), and beating the Dam level in TMNT (I couldn’t beat the next area though, unfortunately).

My proudest gaming moment was not the first time I beat Mike Tyson. That was phenomenal, no doubt about it, but that wasn’t the tops. Read more

I’m not sure it was Eisner (personally) he was actually pissed with; Henson was deliberately looking to sell the Muppets (sans Sesame Street) to Disney in the first place cuz he felt that they were the only ones who would maintain the Muppets like he did - and he had a contract to work with Disney, and be free to be Read more
