Well part of the problem is that my walls are white, and the Xbox logo is right at the top corner of the console, but yes it’s all a matter of degrees. As Gary Whitta joked the Series X is amusingly huge, the PS5 is hilarious huge. Same goes for the eye of sauron effect for me.  Read more

That’s a good idea Nick! I feel like some games are much better at letting you play the anti-hero. Where as a lot of BioWare games can sometimes force you to still be like, an asshole who just occasionally spares people’s lives.

I think this is all true, but I also think many past launch line-ups have at least done a better job of generating excitement around the new tech. I didn’t enjoy Killzone Shadowfall by the end, but the lighting, the gizmos, and the graphics all hit the right beats for me. And Resogun was a godsend.
