Well, I’m sorry I went a lil’ more off the hilt than I would normally. Circumstantially, I thought you were a bit out of line. However, I also read where you didn’t realize the guest nature of Doc. I just found your qualms a bit petty. Thankfully, we’ve been able to respond with civility to clarify confusion.

Great article. I’m very likely in the minority, but I wish every bit of internet writing was a Film Crit Hulk-style 5,000-word thinkpiece. Read more

I definitely prefer games that really draw you into their world and allow you to interact with it in a way that makes sense. I’ve said for years that immersion is the key to the best games as art, rather than just as ‘games’, and realism drives this component. Read more

You know, I played the games and never quite followed the plot, or I did, it just had no meaning to me. This article helps make me realize there was no meaning and I was right to be lost and disengaged the whole time. Cool atmosphere and sound and some crazy sights, but the plot was just mediocre and lead to nowhere. Read more

You forgot to mention that she was bad girl at first.. At leat until she was tricked into absorbing Ms. Marvel’s powers (Something they completely negated in the X-Men movies)

I JUST finished Ravenholm about an hour ago. That level was keeping me from playing this game again. Read more

Yeah that’s my take. Same with voice actors, I don’t mind re use if it’s split up. Skyrim did not do this well when it came to using Pete the Cat’s voice and it was noticeable. Again Fallout 4 did it better, outside Raiders. Read more

Lol. Look, not to be disrespectful, even though you seem to have few qualms with being so yourself, but I just want to ask:

What? Are you new here or something?

So the guy slipped on a “t”. Whoops. You got the point, right? He’s only been cranking out monster sums of content all weekend. I see you got the nine inch Read more

Correct. Which makes the next entry on the leaderboard third.

I enjoy this concept and it definitely has a place in the world but truth be told your probably reading farther into it then even they anticipated, Eli dying didn’t tank the series, it set up another huge road block for your main characters to work through losing their resistance leader and setting Alyx up for it, Read more

Yeah, I’d like to play a Rogue video game, but Delsin from Infamous Second Son gets fairly close but without the hurt everyone he touches thing. Read more

you can play her in Marvel Heroes, and yes she can steal/borrow powers from other players and bosses Read more

Personally Half Life 2 when it first came out was so far ahead of its time thanks to the source engine and the great story. I beleive that valve has been waiting for the right tech and time to release or develop HL3 (or HL2: Ep3) new engine, new possibilities and they have been messing with VR for a while now.
