I'm not so sure - this whole "One China" mentality is pretty messed up. As to comparing HK/TW vs Mainland, I'd say the mainland comes out with some pretty damn good actors if not equal to HK or TW.

It wasn't the only one but yeah it was a big issue. There are a few websites, such as Wuxia Edge, that link to Subbed Chinese TV. These shows for the most part are terrible, but they lead into better things so I'd check out Wuxia Edge! Read more
