For 366 consecutive days, former Blizzard artist Even Mehl Amundsen drew a series of images sketching out the framework and characters for a fantasy universe. Heâs now collecting them into a series of books.
Theyâre called TEGN, and the first of three volumes is now up on Kickstarter, having already gone past its asking amount. Amundsen explains that TEGN has three meanings in Norwegian: âIt can mean âDrawâ, the relevance of which is kind of obvious, it can mean âmarkâ or âsymbolâ, and it can mean âomenâ. I figured it would be a good name for this project.â
Accompanying the images is text fleshing out both the characters and universe, and the first volume is 160 pages.
Below are some illustrations from the book, but you can see moreâand pick it upâat the Kickstarter page
