I heard "Gold Box" and immediately my mind went back to the D&D games I played on the Commodore 64. I remember playing through the first 4 games with my same characters, importing the entire party over to the next installment. Now that console games have onboard storage, I'd like to see more games where your characters could carry over into sequels/spinoffs.
