A Texas judge has dismissed the final defamation claims in voice actor Vic Mignogna’s lawsuit. The Dragon Ball actor was accused of sexual harassmentearlier this year and subsequently sued studio Funimation, fellow voice actors Monica Rial and Jamie Marchi, and Ronald Toye, Rial’s fiance. Funimation cut ties with Mignogna over the claims.
