The data, just released today, was collected between December 29, 2008 and December 27, 2009.

Hmm, is 1.7 million considered good or bad for a Final Fantasy game in Japan?

I'm assuming since it's in the top 5 of 09 after releasing at the end of the year that it isn't terrible. Still curious though.
