Indie smash hit Minecraft will mine its way to Xbox 360 on May 9, Microsoft's Major Nelson said today on his blog. It will be 1600 Microsoft Points, or a whopping $20. You'll be able to play the sandbox game using Microsoft's controller-free Kinect interface—in other words, you'll finally be able to dig things with your hands.
Update: Microsoft has informed us that this version of Minecraft will not include the Kinect functionality promised at last year's E3 conference. "We're still excited about the potential to deliver Kinect-enabled features for this title in the future," a representative said.
Cooperative hack-and-slasher Fable Heroes will hit Microsoft's online service on May 2 for 800 Microsoft Points, or $10.
Biking game Trials Evolution will be out on April 18 for 1200 Microsoft Points, or $15. The slaughter-packed thriller Bloodforge will hit Xbox Live on April 25, also for $15.
