Divinity: Original Sin 2's devs have decided to remove the infinite damage combo I wrote about yesterday. Initially, writes PC Gamer, Larian planned to leave the combo in because it applauds “creative approaches to the game,” but have since determined that it’s an “unintended bug.” The studio plans to patch it “ASAP.”

Apologies if this is off-topic:

So, I absolutely loved the starting island... but now that I’ve arrived at the mainland, the game feels like it’s stalled, and all of the combat has grown significantly more difficult... and I feel like I’m doing something wrong, but it isn’t clear what. All of my armor is up to date, but my party members are being consistently one-shot the moment I enter half the combat encounters.

It feels like a total different, not-fun version of the experience I had during the opening portions.
