The relaxing farming sim and role playing game Stardew Valley will make its way to the Xbox One on December 14th.
In an additional update, developer Eric Barone has announced release dates for other consoles as well. The game will also release on December 13th for the Playstation 4. A version is planned for the Nintendo Switch
