Sex sells. It's sad, but true. We see that in the world of video game games, music, and wire mesh. Wire mesh? In Taiwan, wire mesh.
For the past few years, a Taiwanese wire mesh company has apparently been using models to promote its wire and, uh, mesh products. This was something popular Taiwanese sites like Yam News and News Gamme noticed a while back.
Of course, people in Taiwan thought these publicity pics were unusual, too. But if the goal was publicity (and it was), mission accomplished? I guess?
There are even videos of the models, holding up things like filters, netting and aluminium wires.
However, I think we can all agree that the most attractive model is this one:
The images feature the company's its contact number and email address. The whole thing seems utterly ridiculous.
But, how is it more ridiculous than a PC gaming company hiring an attractive model to pose with hardware? It probably isn't!
