Xbox Live's cloud storage is currently down. We've reached out to Microsoft for comment and will update if they reply.
DISCUSSION
One of the many, many reasons, I will never use cloud storage for any of my game content while I have the choice to avoid it. I like having instant access to my saved games, thank you.
