League of Legends becomes much more enjoyable once you invest in a solid headset and start playing games with friends on Skype, Mumble, or Curse. It’s so much better that you might wonder why the hell Riot doesn’t just make its own voice chat system. Because it would be a terrible, terrible thing.
YouTuber and Twitch streamer Neddy Neris shows just how bad it would be to chat with the colorful strangers one crosses paths with so often in League in this excellent clip (via Reddit). It’s funny because it’s so, so, so true. Why does it always feel like the other team is syncing together like some highly trained expert Spec Ops force while your team is busy swatting at each other like a bunch of bickering house cats?
The grass is always greener, I guess. Who knows what the other team is actually saying to one another.
