I am Ok with Doraemon, but not with Pikatchu, Doraemon IS the embodiment of Japanese Culture, sometimes the contrast of old and new generations, but is the daily life, the small things that make it great. Pikatchu as sweet as it is, is just a fantasy monster that while is popular at the same time shows how the things can go wrong with modern culture.
