It may be too early to anoint any one game as a cult favorite of 2012 but Tokyo Jungle definitely looks like it’s in the running, based on its box art alone. The video above looks like it’s showing co-op gameplay, with what appears to be a hyena and a chimpanzee foraging through the game’s post-apocalyptic, human-free Tokyo.

There’s exploration, hunting and pill-popping in the preview. It probably helps if you speak Japanese, but all you need to know is that there’s four-legged lovemaking in the game. Tokyo Jungle will be out on June 7th in Japan.
