This is the first time I’ve seen this particular viral video, but I’m familiar with the concept. It sorta made me think. Wouldn’t it be cool if Obama, instead of dumping public works stimulus money into highways and buildings, he dump a little into public works for viral happiness. As much as the U.S. needs roads repaired, I sort of think as a nation we also need a good laugh or two and a whole lotta smiles.
