The launch trailer for the Xbox Live Arcade remake of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time is jam-packed with sigh-inducing nostalgia.
I remember going on a family vacation to Kiawah Island, South Carolina when I was 18 years old. I had been sent out to a nearby shopping complex to pick up pizza and soft drinks for my parents, siblings, and my sister's hot friend who came with us. I wound up getting back an hour late, all thanks to the arcade version of Turtles in Time. My parents were furious, my sister oblivious, and her hot friend turned out to be her hot girlfriend, which would have been exciting if my sister weren't involved. The point here is that I had completely forgotten all of that, and this trailer brought it all back to me. Pretty strong stuff.
And don't feel bad about the sister thing. It's happened three times now, so I am used to it. Damn sister.
