In development since 2009, it’s called Star Wars Mod: Galactic Warfare, and is the product of a team of German coders called BlackMonkeys.
You can grab it at the link below. Since it’s a mod for Modern Warfare, you’ll obviously need a PC copy of that game to get it running.
