Thanks so much for watching. Especially those who stuck it out through my computer crashing. You all are amazing. I had a lot of fun with this and I’m going to try doing more playing-with-the-devs type things—provided I fix my computer first!
There’s a tradition in League of Legends where players will reach out to Riot and ask if the developers will join them for an important milestone—say, reaching 1,000 games played. Today thanks to my crippling MOBA tradition and the generosity of Blizzard, I’m carrying this tradition over to Heroes of the Storm.
Starting at 4:00 pm EDT (give or take a few minutes depending on how kind the internet is being to me), I and a few friendly Kotaku readers will play some Heroes of the Storm quick matches with Kent-Erik Hagman and Tim Frazier from Blizzard’s HOTS team. Seasoned Heroes players might know Tim from his handle “Trikslyer;” he spends a lot of time with the game’s online community. He’ll also be showing us some tips and tricks for the new StarCraft Medic character Lt. Morales.
You can watch the stream below or on our Twitch channel:
Wish us luck! I’ll certainly need it...it would sure be embarrassing if I mess up in front of the people who made the game, right?
